Yuchen Water protects buyer inquiry information and uses submitted data only to respond to OEM/ODM water filtration requests.
Information We Collect
When you send an inquiry, we may collect your name, company, email address, WhatsApp number, country, product requirements, quantity, destination port and message details.
How We Use The Information
We use inquiry information to prepare quotations, confirm specifications, arrange samples, discuss shipping and follow up with technical or sales support. We do not sell buyer contact information.
Form Delivery
Catalog download forms permanently store the submitted business contact and project information in a private customer-record database and send the complete submission to expresswater025@gmail.com. A PDF is not released if the private record cannot be saved. Temporary email failure does not block the PDF after the private record has been saved.
Data Retention
Catalog download records have no automatic expiry and are retained until Yuchen Water deletes them or the person who submitted the information requests correction or deletion. Download records are available only through an authenticated private administration page.

The website may use basic analytics or security tools to understand page performance and reduce spam. If additional tracking tools are added, cookie notice settings should be reviewed for GDPR and other regional requirements.
