UF membranes and RO 75/100/400 GPD membranes typically MOQ 500 pcs. Wall-mounted dispensers MOQ 100 units. Smaller trial orders are negotiable for new distributors.

Yes. We offer full-range reverse osmosis membranes: 50 GPD, 75 GPD, 100 GPD, 200 GPD, 400 GPD, 600 GPD for under-sink residential systems, plus 300 GPD, 400 GPD and 600 GPD high-rejection elements for light commercial water dispensers. Industrial 4040 and 8040 elements (BW30, SW30 equivalents) are available for water treatment plants, dialysis, semiconductor rinse and pharmaceutical applications. Salt rejection rate ≥ 96–99%.
PP melt-blown sediment filters use thermally-bonded polypropylene fibers to remove particulate contaminants (rust, sand, silt) from 0.5 to 50 microns. CTO (Chlorine, Taste & Odor) sintered carbon block filters use compressed coconut-shell or coal-based activated carbon to remove free chlorine, chloramines, VOCs, pesticides and improve taste — typical 5 µm or 10 µm. GAC granular activated carbon filters use loose carbon granules for higher contact-time chlorine adsorption and are often the second stage in 5-stage RO systems. We manufacture all three at industrial scale with full traceability.
Yes. We are an officially recognized halal water filter supplier with JAKIM Malaysia certification. All filter media (activated carbon, mineral balls, KDF, ion-exchange resin) and food-contact components are halal-compliant. We routinely export to Malaysia, Indonesia, Saudi Arabia, UAE, Qatar, Egypt, Pakistan, Bangladesh, Turkey, Morocco and other Muslim-majority markets with halal documentation included.
Absolutely — OEM/ODM is our core specialty. We customize: outer shell color (Pantone matching), front-panel logo silk-screen or laser engraving, LED display language and UI, voltage (110V/220V/240V), plug type (US/UK/EU/AU), packaging (gift box, brown carton, color sleeve), user manual translation, and bundled accessory kits. Tooling cost for new injection molds is typically refundable on order volumes ≥ 5,000 units.
Standard terms: 30% T/T deposit on order confirmation, 70% balance against B/L copy before shipment. We also accept L/C at sight from prime banks, Western Union and PayPal for sample orders ≤ USD 3,000, and Alibaba Trade Assurance for first-time buyers. Yes. We manufacture SUS 304 and SUS 316L food-grade stainless steel filter housings rated up to 16 bar (232 psi) working pressure, with 1", 1.5", 2" and 3" NPT/BSP inlet/outlet options. Big Blue 20" and 30" housings in reinforced PP with brass-insert threads handle up to 8.6 bar (125 psi). All pressure vessels are hydrostatically tested at 1.5× rated pressure before shipment and come with a CE PED 2014/68/EU declaration where applicable.
