This 250-500 LPH stainless steel RO plant is a compact commercial reverse-osmosis system for buyers who need an accessible vertical layout, SUS304 construction and optional casters. The 500 LPH reference configuration combines dual 20-inch prefilters, two Vontron 4040 membrane elements and panel-mounted monitoring.
Engineering basis: The 500 LPH configuration below is based on a 1000 ppm feed-TDS reference condition. Final output, recovery and membrane selection depend on the actual water analysis, temperature, pressure and operating schedule.
The table distinguishes the confirmed 500 LPH reference build from project-specific options.
| Reference model and configuration | CT-0.5T standard configuration, 500 LPH RO plant |

A 500 LPH RO plant is suitable when the project needs about 0.5 m3 of permeate per operating hour under the confirmed design conditions. The 250 LPH version is configured separately; membrane quantity, pump power, controls and electrical load are not assumed from the 500 LPH bill of materials.
The 500 LPH reference system uses two Vontron 4040 elements. LP21-4040, ULP21-4040 or XLP11-4040 can be selected according to feed salinity, temperature, pressure and target permeate quality. A membrane model is confirmed in the technical offer rather than treated as a universal specification.
No fixed salt rejection, permeate quality or membrane flow is promised without a feed-water analysis and agreed test conditions.
Front, prefilter and membrane-housing views show the reference machine assembled in the factory.

The skid combines pressure indication, permeate and concentrate flow adjustment, automatic membrane flushing and conductivity/TDS monitoring. Component brands, alarm logic and control-panel language can be confirmed for the destination market.
The mobile stainless steel skid-mounted RO system can support commercial drinking-water preparation, small production facilities, hospitality back-of-house water, laboratories and other projects with compatible feed water. Application suitability is established from the water analysis and downstream water-quality requirement.
The reference configuration uses two Vontron 4040 elements. LP21-4040, ULP21-4040 or XLP11-4040 is selected after the feed and permeate requirements are reviewed.
Not necessarily. The 250 LPH version is engineered separately, so its membrane quantity, pump and electrical details are confirmed in the technical offer.
Yes. Optional casters make the frame mobile between suitable operating positions. The unit must be secured and connected correctly before operation.
No. The capacity is a reference rating. Temperature, feed pressure, salinity, recovery and membrane selection affect actual performance.
Yes. The equipment is CE certified, and a certificate copy is available upon request. The ordered electrical configuration is confirmed in the technical offer.
