Pump-Free Five-Stage RO Water Purifier

This pump-free five-stage RO water purifier is designed for markets where municipal tap water pressure is stable enough to run the system without an electric booster pump. The unit combines PP sediment filtration, UDF/GAC adsorption, CTO carbon polishing, reverse osmosis separation and a T33 post carbon stage in a compact wall-mounted or under-sink format. B2B buyers choose it for simple installation, low noise, lower power demand and flexible OEM branding for household, apartment and replacement cartridge channels.

Pump-Free Five-Stage RO Water Purifier

Pump-free RO design for tap water pressure

The system is suitable for distributors who need an economical RO water purifier without a booster pump. Final configuration can be adjusted according to inlet pressure, local water quality, cartridge preference and private label requirements.

Five-stage filtration process

PP removes visible sediment, UDF/GAC reduces chlorine and odor, CTO improves carbon contact, the RO membrane lowers dissolved solids, and T33 post carbon helps refine taste before dispensing.

FAQ

Does this RO purifier need a booster pump?

No. It is designed to operate from stable municipal tap water pressure, so it does not use an electric booster pump.

What are the five filtration stages?

The standard configuration uses PP, UDF/GAC, CTO, RO membrane and T33 post carbon filtration.

Can it be supplied with OEM branding?

Yes. Logo, label, cartridge set, carton and packaging design can be customized for distributor programs.

What water source is suitable?

Municipal tap water is preferred. Inlet pressure and water quality should be confirmed before final configuration.

Can the cartridge configuration be changed?

Yes. Cartridge type, fittings, bracket and packaging can be adjusted according to the target market.

What is the MOQ?

MOQ is confirmed by configuration, packaging and label requirements.

FAQ

Frequently Asked Questions

Selected products can be supplied or tested according to NSF/ANSI 42, 53 and 58 requirements. ISO 9001, CE, SGS and Halal-related documents are available upon request.

MOQ for standard 10" PP, CTO and GAC cartridges starts at 1,000 pcs per SKU for stock items, 3,000 pcs for OEM-printed sleeves, and 5,000 pcs for fully customized ODM moldings (private end-cap, custom O-ring, branded shrink-wrap). UF membranes and RO 75/100/400 GPD membranes typically MOQ 500 pcs. Wall-mounted dispensers MOQ 100 units. Smaller trial orders are negotiable for new distributors.

Our manufacturing center is in Yuanhua Town, Haining City, Zhejiang Province, China — approximately 90 minutes by car from Shanghai Hongqiao Airport (SHA) and Hangzhou Xiaoshan Airport (HGH). The 20,000+ m² facility houses dedicated PP melt-blown extrusion lines, sintered carbon block presses, UF/RO membrane assembly clean rooms, and dispenser SMT/assembly lines. We welcome scheduled buyer visits, third-party inspections (SGS, BV, TÜV) and OEM qualification audits.

Standard PP, CTO, GAC and T33 cartridges in stock colors ship within 7–10 days. OEM private-label cartridges with custom printing: 20–25 days from artwork approval. RO/UF membrane elements: 15–20 days. Wall-mounted and desktop dispensers: 30–45 days depending on customization. Container loading typically 1 × 20'GP (≈ 80,000 cartridges) or 1 × 40'HQ (≈ 200 dispensers). FOB Shanghai or Ningbo; CIF, CFR and DDP terms available.

Yes. We offer full-range reverse osmosis membranes: 50 GPD, 75 GPD, 100 GPD, 200 GPD, 400 GPD, 600 GPD for under-sink residential systems, plus 300 GPD, 400 GPD and 600 GPD high-rejection elements for light commercial water dispensers. Industrial 4040 and 8040 elements (BW30, SW30 equivalents) are available for water treatment plants, dialysis, semiconductor rinse and pharmaceutical applications. Salt rejection rate ≥ 96–99%.

PP melt-blown sediment filters use thermally-bonded polypropylene fibers to remove particulate contaminants (rust, sand, silt) from 0.5 to 50 microns. CTO (Chlorine, Taste & Odor) sintered carbon block filters use compressed coconut-shell or coal-based activated carbon to remove free chlorine, chloramines, VOCs, pesticides and improve taste — typical 5 µm or 10 µm. GAC granular activated carbon filters use loose carbon granules for higher contact-time chlorine adsorption and are often the second stage in 5-stage RO systems. We manufacture all three at industrial scale with full traceability.
